Shipping Policy

At Sound and Vision Gallery our goal is to offer you the best shipping service, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers throughout the UK and Europe, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing time

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are ready for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time

Delivery within the UK usually takes between 3-5 business days. International delivery within Europe to most countries usually takes between 5-7 business days

Some countries, such as Italy, Russia and Greece have more stringent customer processes which can slow down the arrival of your package, so please be patient.

Due to Covid-19, shipping times across the world are suffering, so please be patient during this pandemic.

Shipping Options

We send all items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK and Royal Mail Signed & Tracked for Europe.

Cost of Shipping

The total cost of shipping will be calculated during checkout and will be based upon the number of items within your order. We can usually combine up to 3 prints in one tube, allowing you to save on shipping costs.

Prices for most posters start at £9 within the UK and £15 for Europe.Usually, this price will accommodate up to 3 posters.

Some smaller items such as handbills would start at £4 for the UK and £9 for Europe.

Restrictions

Are there any restrictions when it comes to your shipping policy? Maybe you don’t ship to certain areas, states, P.O. boxes, etc.
